I see no need for the radio to be on in the waiting room through the roof speakers. When your poorly it can be the last thing you need or want. Maybe a compromise may be at a lower volume, but not at all would be better.

Looking on the website there are no appointments available in Towcester until Friday and none in Silverstone until Wednesday week. This is totally unacceptable.

A weekend service for minor injuries,etc., on a rotation basis between the 3 local practices, would help to remove pressure from A & E.

Doctors just seem totally disinterested. Always seem to assume you're making up symptoms.
Was told there was nothing wrong with me when asthma was particularly bad (even though I was struggling to talk), then Iended up rushed to A&E overnight where I was given steroids. These have significantly improved my condition. Unnecessary use of 111, A&E and my time when this could have been resolved with GP.
